If you are or were a participant in, or beneficiary of, the Clean Harbors Savings and Retirement Plan at any time from April 10, 2016, through August 26, 2024, you may be a part of a class action settlement.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
